Whether you choose to use your powers for good or evil, you’ll need a few simple ingredients to start you on your path.
Ginger Beard Cookies

Ho Ho Ho your way through the holidays with with yummy ginger cookies shaped like your favorite Santa (or Riker) beard! Its the most delicious anagram of the season!
Ingredients
3 cups Flour
3/ 4 tsp Baking Soda
1 1 /2 tsp Baking Powder
1 /4 tsp Salt
1 3/ 4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tbs Ground Ginger
1 /4 tsp Ground Cloves
1 Egg
6 tbsp Unsalted Butter
3/ 4 cups Dark Brown Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla
1/ 2 cup Molasses
In a medium bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves and set aside.
In a mixing bowl beat together the egg, butter, and brown sugar until well blended. Add vanilla and molasses to the wet mixture.
When thoroughly mixed, wrap dough in plastic wrap and let stand for at least an hour.
Place dough on a lightly floured surface and roll dough to a scant 1/4-inch thick.
Using a pre-selected design carefully cut your designs out and place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes
