Hungry? Wish you could just throw money at the problem but tired of cocaine and booger coated government greenbacks? Well here are some Bitcoin cookies to help deflate your appetite! I recently made these for a Bitcoin Birthday Bashstravaganza party I hosted and these cookies disappeared like their name was Satoshi Nakamoto.
Bitcoin Cookies

3 cups Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Butter
1 Egg
1 ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 tsp Almond Extract
1/2 tsp Yellow Food Coloring
In a small bowl whisk together the flour and baking powder.
In mixer bowl, blend together the butter and sugar until creamy.
Add eggs and thoroughly mix.
Add vanilla and almond extracts and thoroughly mix.
Slowly stir in the dry ingredients.
Knead dough on a lightly floured surface and roll into a long cylinder shape, approximately 2-3 inches in diameter.
Refrigerate dough for at least 1-2 hours.
Place dough on cutting safe surface and slice dough into 1/4 inch thick discs
Placing each dough disk flat, use a sharp tool to cut in design // I used chopsticks
//Pro tip: Freezing a cutting board (or even a baking dish to hold dough not being worked with) prior to slicing and designing will help keep the discs in shape and not too soft to work with.
Bake at 350° F for 12 minutes
