1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Lemon Zest
1/ 4 c Chocolate
1/ 8 c Milk

Toss the cinnamon and nuts together.

Unroll and cut the phyllo stack to fit into the baking dish.

Place two sheets of phyllo into the baking dish. For an older book effect allow one side to curl up the edge.

Brush the top generously with butter.

Sprinkle a thin layer of the chopped nuts evenly on top of the butter.

Repeat process for about 6 layers; ending with phyllo dough on top.

Using a sharp knife to cut the baklava into book shaped rectangles; make sure to slice all the way to the bottom.

Meanwhile, back at the lab, er while you wait; Combine the sugar and water into a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil.

Stir in honey, vanilla, and lemon; reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Remove the baklava from the oven and immediately pour the syrup over the top of the baklava.

Be sure to get the syrup in all corners and crevices.

//look at that bubbling sweet nectar. LOOK AT IT!

Allow to cool completely before serving .

Melt the chocolate over medium heat in a small pot.

Slowly stir in milk until you have a nice even mix.

Pipe the chocolate onto the top of the baklava into the shape of the Auryn
